Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be free from damage caused by the customer (e.g., stains, tears, or odors).
  • Please note that final sale items (if any) are not returnable.

Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

  • We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@dmccshop.it.com or through our contact form to initiate a return.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label via email.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier’s drop-off location.

Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  • Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
